Select the cementitious or resin repair system before setting its temperature and moisture limits.
Weather need for Concrete repair & resurfacing: Thin concrete repairs can freeze or dry quickly; plan protection for the selected repair material.
Thin repairs lose heat and dry rapidly. Cementitious systems may require saturated-surface-dry preparation; resin systems may require a tested dry surface. Do not use a universal dry-substrate gate.
